TechPasal Nepal follows a transparent and fair refund and return process to ensure customer confidence and satisfaction.

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
Refunds or replacements may be approved if:
The product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect
The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
The product is unused, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging

Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds or returns will not be applicable in cases of:
Change of mind after delivery
Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or negligence
Products that have been used, installed, or altered
Discounted or clearance items, unless defective

Review Process
Customers must submit a return or refund request along with valid proof (photos or videos). Each request will be reviewed by our team before approval.

Refund Method & Timeline
Approved refunds may be issued through replacement, bank transfer, or digital wallet. Processing may take 5–10 business days after approval.
